Biosensor-Based Drug Screening

We employ resonance energy transfer-based biosensors to interrogate large sections of the signaling signatures of specific G protein–coupled receptors (GPCRs). Our biosensor platform is available in adeno-associated viral formats for use in iPSC-derived cells. Using these biosensors, we determine which signaling pathways are modulated by dose-dependent activation of individual receptors, aiding in compound validation and new lead discovery.
